Shipping and returns

• Free delivery within the EU and beyond.
• We ship your order as soon as we can. We do not ship on Wednesdays.
• Every order with herbs includes a measuring spoon (not with colloidal silver).

You have 14 days after delivery to change your mind. Closed, sealed packages can be sent back within that time. Let us know first by emailing info@huisdierenapotheker.com or using the form below.

The cost of sending it back is yours. For health and hygiene reasons we cannot take back opened packages.

We refund you within 14 days of your withdrawal, using the same payment method you used. We may wait until we have received your parcel or you show that you have sent it.

Did your parcel arrive damaged, or is there something wrong in it? Email a photo and your order number to info@huisdierenapotheker.com. We will send a new product or refund you, at our cost.

Only fill in and return this form if you want to withdraw from the contract. You can also simply put it in an email.
