These terms apply to every offer on this website and every order you place here. You can read, save and print them before you order. At checkout you confirm that you agree to them.

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Small differences, such as colours in a photo, are no reason to cancel an order. Obvious mistakes in our offer, such as a clearly wrong price, do not bind us.

Our products are complementary feeds. If you have doubts about your animal, have it seen by a professional first.

All prices are in euros. Delivery is free.

If you order more products, you’ll automatically receive a volume discount: 3 x 120-gram bags: €10 off | 5 x 120-gram bags: €12.50 off | 10 x 120-gram bags: €20 off

Your order is final once you have paid. You then see a confirmation with your order number.

We may refuse or cancel an order for a good reason, for example when a product is no longer available. If you have already paid, you get the full amount back within 14 days.

You pay in advance using one of the payment methods shown at checkout, such as iDEAL, PayPal, Bancontact or Klarna. Payments are processed via Mollie. If you choose to pay later with Klarna, Klarna’s terms and conditions will also apply.

We deliver to addresses within the EU and beyond. We’ll dispatch your order as soon as possible; we do not dispatch on Wednesdays.

You’ll receive your order within 30 days at the latest. If this isn’t possible, we’ll let you know and you may cancel the order free of charge. Until your parcel has been delivered to you, we bear the risk of damage or loss.

You have 14 days to change your mind. The period starts the day after you receive the (last) product. Within that time you can cancel without giving a reason. Let us know by email or with the model withdrawal form on the Shipping and returns page, then send the product back within 14 days.

The cost of sending it back is yours. We refund the purchase price, including any shipping costs, within 14 days of your withdrawal, using the same payment method you used. We may wait with the refund until we have the product back or you show that you have sent it.

Exception: our herbs are delivered sealed. For health and hygiene reasons we cannot take back a product whose seal was broken after delivery. A closed package can therefore always be returned within the withdrawal period.

You are entitled to a product that is in order: that is your legal guarantee. Is something wrong with your order, such as a damaged or wrong package? Let us know as soon as possible after you notice it, by email to info@huisdierenapotheker.com, with your order number and a photo if you can. Reporting within two months is always in time.

We reply within 14 days and work out a solution with you, such as a new product or a refund.

Use our products according to the dosage guideline on the product page and the packaging. We are not liable for damage caused by using a product differently from our advice. This never limits your legal rights as a consumer.

Dutch law applies to these terms and every order. If you live in another country of the European Union, you keep the protection the law of your country gives you. If we cannot resolve a dispute together, you can take it to the competent court.

We may change these terms. Your order is governed by the terms that were on the website when you ordered.
