What to watch for in sheep
Look out for animals that lag behind when you move the flock, ruminate less, walk stiffly or get a dull fleece. Precisely because sheep show so little, it pays to look at your animals one by one now and then.
For sheep and goats there is Legg-Motion, a formula that supports hooves and claws. Good trimming remains the foundation.
How to give herbs to a sheep
Mix the herbs into a handful of pellets or concentrate and feed it separately, so you know the right animal gets its portion. In a group it works best to separate the animal briefly at feeding time.
Split the daily dose over two moments, morning and evening.
What to expect
Allow two to four weeks before you see a difference, depending on how long it has been going on. Claws take longer: horn grows slowly, so what you feed now only shows months later.
Many formulas are not suitable for pregnant ewes; the product page and label say so. If an animal suddenly takes a turn for the worse, have it seen by a professional first. Our herbs are complementary feed.

For a sheep of 60 to 120 kilos: one and a half spoons twice daily for the first ten days, one spoon twice daily from day 11. One measuring spoon is about two grams.
At the dose above, a 120-gram bag lasts about 25 days: ten days at the higher dose, then just over two weeks at the maintenance dose. Order several bags and the volume discount applies automatically in your basket.
