Which formula do you choose?

  • Gastro-M: supports stomach function and a healthy stomach lining, for a sensitive stomach. Can also be given long term.
  • Gastrok: stimulates natural gut movement when the gut slows down.
  • Gastrol: supports digestion and healthy gut flora, with a change of food, a house move or loose stools.

Change food gradually

A lot of stomach and gut upset starts with change. So switch food gradually, spread over a week or more, and give a few smaller meals rather than one large one.

Mix the herbs into the food. For dogs and cats wet food often works best, for sheep and goats a handful of pellets or concentrate.

When to have it checked first

Persistent vomiting, blood in the stools, or an animal that is listless and feels warm: that calls for a professional, not a supplement. Our herbs are complementary feed. They can support digestion, but never replace an expert eye.

Frequently asked questions

Gastro-M focuses on the stomach, Gastrok on gut movement and Gastrol on digestion and gut flora, for example with a change of food. The product pages show which signs each formula suits.

Yes, Gastrol supports digestion with a house move or different food. Change the food itself gradually too, spread over a week or more.

Gastro-M can also be given long term. After the first ten days you move to the maintenance dose. If in doubt, send us a quick email.
